Sounds incredible, right? But what about…

How are new accounts generated? If you’re a sales hunter by nature and also love uncovering opportunities within an existing base of customers, we’ve got great news for you! This role focuses primarily on acquiring new logos, while maximizing the potential of each account you onboard!

Training? You bet. We provide the framework and the resources. You take the lead and make it happen.

Can’t wait to talk to customers? Awesome news! You’ll be prospecting for new logos and engaging with your existing customers in your first month!

How many customers will I have? As many as you bring onboard! You'll kick things off with a handful of existing accounts and build from there, identifying and closing new logos. You’ll partner closely with a full-service CSM team focused on showcasing the value vCom delivers each customer, while you continue to drive expansion in each of your accounts.

Do I have to sit behind a desk all day? No way! vCom values face-time with customers. Our AE’s frequently travel to meet with customers in-person and host dinners, golf outings, concerts, happy hours, go-karting experiences, wine tasting, and more - all leading to strategic conversations. This role requires considerable travel, potentially 25% or more, monthly.

Compensation and Benefits

Our comp plans include a healthy base + unlimited monthly commission!!
